Training on Gender and Development
EKTA perceives Capacity Building as more than training. It is an on-going process. We envisage that through our efforts, individuals, groups, organizations and communities will enhance their ability to identify, meet development challenges and move towards actualizing their rights. With this understanding, we have focused on themes like development approaches, politics, economy, health, law and media. This process is pursued through planned trainings and exposure visits.
